Her expertise include: depression (chronic and situational), anxiety (panic attacks, insomnia, agoraphobia), OCD, conflict resolution, unresolved traumatic life issues, family issues, work related conflicts and stress, major life changes (divorces, change in location, etc.).

Her orientation is eclectic, emphasizing a cognitive approach but she will also use other approaches such as psychodynamic, based on the client's needs. Her interventions include art therapy, relaxation techniques, anger management, etc.

Counseling format is face to face or by telephone with adults over 18 years old or couples.
