With advances in technology and medicine allowing us to live longer, there comes a greater need for care as we age. Elder care is a special branch of caregiving in which the professional caretaker helps older adults with terminal illnesses or who are generally unable to fully care for themselves. It's a field that is not without its physical and psychological challenges, but with it comes a sense of fulfillment that can only come from a true desire and compassion to care for others. This test will assess whether a person has the customer orientation and psychological make-up to needed to work in this field.

This test is made up of two types of questions: scenarios and self-assessment. For each scenario, answer according to how you would most likely behave in a similar situation. For the self-assessment questions, indicate the degree to which the given statements apply to you. In order to receive the most accurate results, please answer as honestly as possible.

After finishing the test, you will receive a Snapshot Report with an introduction, a graph and a personalized interpretation for one of your test scores. You will then have the option to purchase the full results.
