Office Skills & Job Fit Test
View statistical report

Considering a career as an Administrative or Clerical Assistant? It takes a particular type of person to succeed in this challenging field, as they will be depended upon to keep the operations of a company or business running smoothly and efficiently. This Clerical job fit test assesses whether the personality traits and skills you possess match those required to excel in this field. It will identify your strengths, as well as the areas you may need to improve on in order to feel comfortable in an administrative position.

This test is made up of three types of questions: scenarios, self-assessment, and interactive. For each scenario, answer according to how you would most likely behave in a similar situation. For the self-assessment questions, indicate the degree to which the given statements apply to you. The interactive questions will have their own instructions, so please read them carefully. Also, please note that the interactive exercises will be timed.

Answer the questions in this test as honestly as possible, and be aware that there are measures in place that are intended to pick up attempts to misrepresent oneself, or to answer untruthfully. In actual pre-employment settings, if there is an indication that the test-taker is being dishonest or taking the test carelessly, the results might be considered invalid.

After finishing the test, you will receive a list of your strengths and the areas you will need to work on. You will then have the option to purchase the full results with score breakdown, detailed interpretation, and advice.
