The COVID-19 pandemic has proven to be one of the greatest health and economic challenges we have faced on a global scale. This has generated a great deal of fear, uncertainty, worry, and stress. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate your current mental state, and to offer tips on how to develop the protective traits and skills that can boost your psychological resilience.

This test is made up of two types of questions: Multiple choice and Likert scales (Strongly agree to Strong disagree). In order to receive the most accurate results, please consider each question carefully, and answer them as honestly as possible.

This test is free. After finishing the assessment, you will receive a full report with an introduction, graphs and scores on a variety of factors that play a role in your psychological preparedness to face the current situation, a personalized interpretation of each of your scores, and advice and tips on how to pull through the pandemic with greater ease.
