Personality can influence everything from the kind of work you enjoy to the way you connect with other people. There are many theories of personality, and just as many assessments based on them. One of the most widely known models is DISC, originally based on the work of William Moulton Marston (1928). This version of the DISC model looks at four main dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Supportiveness, and Conscientiousness.
The following test includes self-assessment questions and multiple-choice items. Read each question carefully and answer as honestly as you can, based on how you generally are—not how you wish to be or think you "should" be. When it comes to personality, there are no right or wrong answers.
After finishing the test, you will receive a Full Report with an introduction, graphs, a detailed description of your DISC type, and some tailor-made advice.
