This test is designed to evaluate your level of sleep hygiene. For some, falling asleep is as simple as lying back into a soft pillow, but for others, it is a frustrating process of tossing, turning and glancing nervously at the advancing clock. Whether you awake refreshed and ready to face the day or red-eyed and sluggish depends largely on your sleep hygiene. Take our sleep hygiene test and find out if your bedtime behavior enhances your sleep experience or detracts from it. Please note that this test is not suitable for shift workers or people who work at night and sleep during the day.

Examine each question and choose the answer that best applies to you, or how often you engage in the given activities. Answer honestly in order to enhance the quality of your results.
