Most women experience the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome to some degree, whether it's the physical cramps or bloating, the emotional downs, or the foggy thinking and persistently negative thoughts. Although the majority of the symptoms tend to dissipate once a woman starts menstruating, the week leading up to it can be severely debilitating. PMS symptoms can become so intense that many women feel that they become a totally different person, physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

This test will assess the degree to which you experience PMS symptoms, and offers tips to help you cope. Please answer each question on the test with your typical PMS experiences in mind.
