There are a lot of men who wish there was an easy way to enlarge their penises without surgery. There is no way to do this, however. In fact, there is really no safe reliable way to do it surgically! The fact is, we each must make do with what we were given, but I guess that's why we were also given hands and a mouth.
A lot of money is made on vacuum pumps and lotions and all manner of props and pills, but the only noticeable change is in the man's checking account. And the operations... well, the horror stories about those are not something you would want to talk about over dinner.
Thank God most women love their men because the size of their heart.
