kituoo, 31-year-old manI am suffering from a very common problem but I do not know the solution. I ejaculate very early (i.e. within 2-3 minutes) after inserting the penis. Please help me.

Most younger men will ejaculate within 2 to 3 minutes once inserting if they thrust rapidly and continually! Men need to learn to control their ejaculation by paying attention to their level of excitement and slowing down or stooping when they become aware that they are getting close to their point of "ejaculatory inevitability." If a man just thrusts away without paying any attention, there is a good chance that he will ejaculate in 2 or 3 minutes. There are ways that men can learn better ejaculatory control, but there is no quick or easy "cure".
