Too Much Stress

I have a lot of stress in my life, particularly in regards to my profession and love life. What can I do?

Stress is a part of life. We all experience it everyday in every area of life. The best way I know to spell relief is J-E-S-U-S! You might try reading and studying the bible, meditating on the scriptures, and/or listening to inspirational hymns that are quiet and soothing. In addition, it is always good to have a favorite hobby to do either alone or with friends on a regular basis. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Relax and enjoy life. God bless you!
