The purpose of the test is to evaluate certain personality characteristics and/or specific skill sets. This information will be used to provide insight about what is important to you and/or in which settings you would most likely thrive.

To complete the assessment, examine the following questions or statements and indicate which of the given options best applies to you. Select answer choices that reflect how you usually feel or act - that most accurately describe your general feelings or behaviors. There may be some questions describing situations that do not apply to you. In these cases, select the answer that you most likely choose if you ever found yourself in such a situation.

Please answer the questions truthfully. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers, and note that your results will not be meaningful unless you answer the questions candidly and seriously. People differ greatly in their approaches and skills, and what seems like a weakness in one situation may be an asset in a different setting. It is thus in your own best interest to be honest while answering the questions. Please note that there are measures in place that are intended to pick up attempts at self-misrepresentation. If there is an indication that you are being dishonest or taking the test carelessly, the results might be considered invalid.

Ensure that you are in a quiet place and that you have enough time to complete the assessment. It should be done in one sitting.

After finishing the test, you will receive a Snapshot Report with an introduction, a graph and a personalized interpretation for one of your test scores. You will then have the option to purchase the full results.
