If your foreskin is not slipping down over the rim on the head of your penis, it might well be too tight. A danger is that during vigorous intercourse it might get pushed down or torn in the process. Consult a urologist about circumcision. It might be possible to do a partial procedure that allows you to keep most of your foreskin but cuts away the tight opening at the end. But do seek medical advice on this.
